The sauce, inherited from the recipe of Hotel Kokonoe, a luxury inn that closed in 2021, is sweet and rich, and pairs perfectly with the sticky, flavorful rice made with Koshihikari rice grown locally in Hamamatsu City. It's also nice to have a selection of local sake carefully selected by the sake master. In addition to table seats, there are private rooms, so it is recommended for anniversaries and get-togethers.
