Nagasaki
Yosso Flagship Restaurant
The Original Chawanmushi Specialty Store That Continues to Preserve Nagasaki's Tradition
Founded in 1866. This is a shop specializing in the "original chawanmushi" that was opened by the founder, Nobutake Yoshida Sokichi, who moved from the Iyo domain (Ehime prefecture) to Nagasaki. Steamed sushi has become a menu item loved by many people because of its desire to provide a simple and delicious meal. The chawanmushi is so hot and soft that you can see it jiggling. The simple flavor of conger eel, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and other ingredients is appealing. The current owner is the 6th generation, inheriting the founder's desire to "help local customers grow the business." We want you to enjoy our signature meals at our restaurant in a historic beach town.
