Opened in March 2024 by the owner who served as head chef at the Japanese cuisine and teppanyaki restaurant "Mikuni" on the outskirts of Fukui City, the restaurant offers a traditional kaiseki course meal that makes use of seasonal ingredients from mainly the Hokuriku region, including Echizen crab sourced from Echizen Fishing Port and Mikuni Port.
