Nakazen Sake Brewery
A sake brewery operating in Kiso Valley, which is blessed with nature.
A sake brewery founded in 1865 in Kiso Town, Nagano Prefecture. They brew about 90 kiloliters of sake a year, and instead of making the brewery large, they strive to produce sake that conveys the warmth of the brewers. Among these, we recommend the Kiso local sake "Nakanoori-san," which is made with underground water from Mt. Ontake and home-grown sake rice from Nagano Prefecture. "Naka-Nori-san" is a rare alcoholic beverage sold primarily in the Kiso area, and can also be ordered from the company's website. In addition, we have launched a new brand called "Zenkichi" and are selling nationwide. The direct sales store space will be renovated in June 2022 to promote the appeal of the Kiso area.
