The soup stock is made from Soudabushi, kelp, and small fish, and is prepared with care for the deliciousness of the ingredients. Enjoy dishes that combine the goodness of tradition with free thinking.

Savor the Natural Japanese Cuisine of "Lakeside Kaiseki" for Dinner

Rare "Tosa Akaushi" beef offers its distinctive richness and umami, while kaiseki cuisine features vegetables grown without pesticides in the property's own garden and local ingredients prepared with natural dashi and seasonings. The menu showcases the inherent flavor of each ingredient.

This gentle hot spring is an isotonic, mildly alkaline cold copper spring with the same osmotic pressure as body fluids, placing less strain on the body. Its spring type is sodium chloride water, with bactericidal properties, and it is also known as "the beautifying hot spring."
