House-Grown "Ume Plum Series" Expanded with New Items
Approximately 100 ume plum trees of the "Mio Kobai" variety, cultivated in-house, bloom each spring, and the fruit is harvested in summer, processed, and sold as part of a well-received ume plum series. Alongside "umetsuke," featuring a balanced tartness and tender flesh, new items include "ume plum ice cream" and "ume plum sherbet" made with a refreshing plum syrup.

Observation Terrace Facing Sacred Mount Ontake
A roadside station overlooking Mount Ontake, located at the center of the Kisoji area recognized as a Japan Heritage site. The long, horizontally designed facility is divided into a specialty products shop and a farm produce market with a dining area, and from the central observation terrace, Mount Ontake can be viewed across the seasons while listening to the gentle flow of the Kiso River.
Kiso Flavors and Local Produce at the Market
After shopping for seasonal fresh vegetables and Kiso specialties at the farmers market, meals are available at the dining area with a wide-ranging menu while looking out toward Mount Ontake. The "Salmon Zuke Don," made with "Shinshu Salmon," known for its mild sweetness and tender texture, is featured on the menu.
